Celebrate the power and intimacy of the human voice...
Do you sing in the shower, or blast a tune out when driving down the highway? Festival director, Polly Christie believes that singing is a basic human right and the more opportunities for people to let their hair down and sing, the better the world will be!
The human voice has been used since the dawn of time to bring people together, to share stories, to celebrate, to grieve, and to create unity. Singing has been proven to reduce stress levels, create social cohesion, and promote well-being. Storytelling unites our human experiences and promotes compassion and understanding. This festival celebrates how the voice does all this for us.
Here at Vocal Ranges we're dedicated to providing a festival and space that brings our immediate and far reaching communities together through the wonder and connection of the human voice.
